Disney Toy Story 30th Anniversary Event

In response to shifting consumer expectations, we were asked to design retail environments that could rekindle joy, intimacy and connection through immersive storytelling and tactile engagement. The goal was to create a space that offered comfort, delight and moments of surprise - leaving a lasting positive memory for visitors.

Our concept brought brand characters and narratives to life through thoughtful use of space, scale and texture, creating an inviting atmosphere that evoked warmth and the desire to explore and interact.

The A’One

In May 2025, Nike introduced the A’One, A’ja Wilson’s first signature shoe marking a landmark moment in women’s sport and sneaker culture.

Our team led the design of the retail launch campaign across all Nike-owned stores in the U.S., capturing A’ja’s fearless mindset and redefining what a signature shoe can represent - power, style and unapologetic individuality.

We crafted the campaign to mirror A’ja’s ripple effect on the game and culture, using layered storytelling and bold spatial design to translate her fearless energy into an immersive retail experience that empowered customers to step into her world.

Our retail campaign for the A’One is in Nike stores now.

25 Years of Making It Up

Today marks our 25th Birthday —a quarter-century of Making Things Up— quite the achievement!

Rosie Lee co-founder Mark has gone to town in sharing the journey of how it all began and how we got here, from working in the basement of a hairdressers to working with some of the world's biggest brands.

Our core spirit has been the same since day one: pushing boundaries, thinking in an unorthodox way, leading with storytelling.

You’ll need a brew and a biscuit for this one, but have a read of our potted history and kick off our birthday celebrations with us, and a big thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey.
